“There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people, and we must be saved by it.” Acts 4:12
Jesus, the name above all other names. Jesus is the only name that brings peace, hope and the path of salvation. In today’s culture there is so much uncertainty and confuse, now is not the time for the church to become quiet or timid. In this week’s installment on praying for your church I encourage you to : Pray for the church to boldly share Jesus ! He is the only way and only hope this world has.
Some voices of this culture would suggest that there is other ways to live and even other ways to Jesus. Here we see in Acts 4 that there is no other name to salvation. I encourage you to stand and to stand boldly. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with such boldness in the truth of who He is! Pray that your church will shout His name and lift His name for all to hear! His name above all other names will draw others into salvation. Cry out to our Father that as a body we are committed to sharing the Gospel to see lives changed and eternities secured! Compel us Holy Spirit to boldly speak your name!
It’s time we challenge ourselves with the Word and become bold for the Kingdom!
